Agency and contact details

Gryxonarkriz is the agency responsible for this website, based at 181 Woodham Road, Avonside, Christchurch 8061, New Zealand. For privacy requests email mailuse@gryxonarkriz.world or call +64 27 239 8972. We acknowledge the Privacy Act 2020 and the Information Privacy Principles (IPPs) set out in Part 3 of that Act.

How the New Zealand IPPs map to our practice

We collect personal information only for lawful purposes connected to our activities; we collect information directly from you where practicable; we tell you why we collect it (see sections below); we store it securely; we correct inaccuracies when you notify us; we retain it only as long as needed; and we give you access unless a statutory exception applies. A plain-language summary also appears on our contact page when you submit a form.

Kinds of personal information

Identity and contact details (name, email, phone if you supply it), content of messages you send, technical metadata such as browser type and approximate region from standard logs, and cookie preference data stored locally in your browser when you use our consent tools.

Purposes of use

Responding to enquiries, operating website security, recording consent for optional cookies or similar technologies, improving site structure where analytics are permitted, fulfilling paid services you request, and meeting legal obligations. We do not build medical profiles and we do not use your messages for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

New Zealand: collection and use occur under the Privacy Act 2020 for purposes that are lawful, directly connected to our functions, and proportionate. European Union or United Kingdom visitors: where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies in addition, we rely on consent for optional analytics and marketing cookies, legitimate interests in securing the site and replying to messages you initiate, and contractual necessity where you purchase a described service.

How long we keep information

Contact form content: up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for disputes, tax, or other law. Server logs: rotated or deleted within ninety days except where extended for security investigation. Cookie preferences in localStorage: until you clear site data or change choices.

Your rights under New Zealand law

You may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access, and ask us to correct information. You may complain to us first using the contact details above. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz) about an interference with privacy.

Additional rights for GDPR jurisdictions

Where applicable, you may request data portability, erasure, restriction of processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, subject to exceptions in the relevant statute. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority as well as using New Zealand channels.

Security safeguards

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures including staff access limits, encryption in transit where supported by our providers, and separation of operational data from public marketing assets. No internet transmission is perfectly secure; avoid sending highly sensitive health or financial information through the general contact form.

Disclosure outside New Zealand

If we use service providers based overseas, we take steps that align with IPP 12, including contractual protections where appropriate and assessment of the safeguards offered by the destination country or scheme.

Complaints and updates

Contact us in the first instance. We update this policy when practices change and revise the effective date accordingly. Nothing here limits any non-excludable right you have under New Zealand consumer law; see also Consumer information.
